The Casper Coyotes, proud members of the WSHL are pleased to announce the signing of Cameron Braun. A 5’9”, 165lb left shooting forward, Braun played last season at the Couer d’alene Hockey Academy. CDA competes in the prestigious Canadian Sport School Hockey League. Last year, Cameron was named the most valuable player and hardest working player for CDA. From Calgary, Alberta, and a Calgary Buffalo Hockey Association product, Cameron brings a complete game to the Coyotes. He is a talented, hard working player, that will contribute to the Coyotes in all situations. A strong academic student, Cameron has a desire to pursue combining his education and hockey at the college level. Cameron Braun will be a welcomed addition to the Coyotes organization.

The Casper Coyotes, proud members of the WSHL, are pleased to announce the signing of Hunter Brown. A 6’0, 190lb left shooting defenseman, Hunter played last season with the Casper Oilers Amatuer Hockey Organization. Brown from Casper Wyoming, is the first Casper Oiler graduate from last season to make the progression to junior hockey and the WSHL. Hunter joins Casper resident Dallen Neese and Will Chapman as true products of the Oiler organization. Hunter has shown a strong work ethic and hockey ability to perform at the Tier II Level. A strong academic student, Brown has a desire to pursue combining his education and hockey at the college level. Hunter Brown will be a welcomed addition to the Coyotes organization.

The Casper Coyotes, proud members of the WSHL are pleased to announce the signing of Bradley Green. A 6’1”, 185lb left shooting forward, Bradley played last season with the West Coast Renegades. Green, from Kaysville, Utah, is a creative offensive player that has shown an ability to set up plays and create opportunities to score. A strong academic student, Green has a desire to pursue combining his education and hockey at the college level. Bradley will be a welcomed addition to the Coyotes organization.

Will played last season with the Jackson Hole Moose. Chapman started his hockey career with the Casper Oilers program. Will Chapman will be a welcomed addition to the Coyotes organization.

A 6’0, 185lb left shot forward, Logan is a hometown product of the Casper Oilers Youth Hockey program. A Casper, Wyoming hometown player with experience, Spiegelberg will bring a strong work ethic and a physical, energenic style of play to the Coyotes. Logan will be a welcomed addition to the Coyotes organization.

A 6’1”, 195lb left shooting forward from Kuncina, Czech Republic, Stepan played last season with the HCM Warrior Brno. Kudrna is a young, skilled forward with upside that has played at a high level in Europe. Stepan will be a welcomed addition to the Coyotes organization.

A 6’0 175lb goaltender from Fort Frances, Ontario, Ossachuk played two seasons with the Thunder Bay Kings, a season with his hometown Fort Frances Muskies and last season with the Arborg Ice Dawgs competing in the Keystone Cup. Dylan will be a welcomed addition to the Coyotes organization.

The Casper Coyotes, proud members of the WSHL, are pleased to announce the addition of Austin Lee to the position of Assistant Coach. The Casper Wyoming native comes to the Coyotes bringing coaching experience with the Casper Oilers Youth Organization and Team Wyoming. With playing experience starting in the Casper Oilers Youth Program and graduating to the Dallas Ice Jets Organization, Austin then evolved to coaching at a number of youth hockey levels. Austin Lee comes to the Coyotes to assist the team at the Junior A Tier II level and assist in the enhancement of the relationship with the Casper Oilers Youth Organization. Lee currently provides private hockey lessons for current and aspiring area hockey players. The Casper Coyotes are committed to the development of local hockey players. The Casper Coyotes, proud members of the WSHL, are pleased to announce the signing of NOLAN KARE from Romeo, Michigan. A 5’10” 170lb, right catching goaltender, Nolan played last season with the Romeo Bulldogs the Michigan state Division 2 High School Hockey Championship in the USHS . Kare was awarded the Detroit High School Hockey Fan Poll MVP Goaltender Award. A First Team All-State and First Team All-Conference selection, Nolan will be a welcomed addition to the Coyotes organization.

A 5’9”, 170lb right shooting forward, Romaeo played last season with the St. Catharines Falcons of the GOJHL . D’Intino has played 177 games in the GOJHL as a solid two way hockey player. Romaeo will be a welcomed addition to the Coyotes organization .

A 5’8” 170 lb left shot forward, Zach played formerly with the Wenatchee Wolves U18 team. The Casper Coyotes are pleased to announce that David “Smoke” Cole has been named the new head coach of the team and are excited to welcome him back to hockey in Casper.  Coach Cole comes to the Coyotes following an impressive three year tenure as head coach of Southern Oregon Spartans in the WSHL with a record of 100-44-6. Cole coached the Spartans into the Division Semi Finals all three years.  Cole, no stranger to Casper, coached the Casper Wranglers and the Wyoming Outlaws from 1993-1996 where his teams had great success as fast paced, hard hitting, and highly skilled teams.

A native of Canada, Cole has coached many Junior hockey programs with great success, advancing over 130 of his players to both the collegiate and pro levels. He brings great talent in his ability to recruit and develop upcoming young hockey players.  “We feel so lucky to be able to bring Smoke back to Casper. He shares a lot of the same values as us in his approach to advancing players to the next level while teaching them to be good stewards of the community,” said the Casper Coyotes owners group.

Cole will be introduced to the media and public at the Casper Ice Arena at a later time.

The Casper Coyotes, proud members of the WSHL, are pleased to announce the signing of Ross Connolly from Glasgow, Scotland. A 6’2″ 185lb left shot defenseman, Ross played last season with the London Raiders in the NIHL in Great Britain. Connolly will be a welcomed addition to the Coyotes organization bringing experience on the blueline.
